We Are Hiring!

We are looking for servers and kitchen staff to join our restaurant family! We offer flexible hours and accept part-time and full-time inquiries. Pay rates will be determined based on previous work experience. We prefer that full-time applicants work a total of 40 hours a week (10 hours a day, 4 days a week) and therefore would be given 3 days off in order to relax, spend time with their family and friends, and enjoy life. Full-time applicants are also eligible to receive 50% health insurance benefits.

We prefer and see benefits in applicants with previous work experience in restaurant/hospitality and kitchen settings. However, if you are willing and eager to learn, hard-working, and dependable, we can work with you to train you on the server or kitchen duties. Thank you!
Servers:
​Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality is beneficial but not required*

​Responsibilities:
  • Prep the server station before the restaurant opens
  • Provide excellent in-house service to our dine-in customers
  • Take phone calls and orders of customers who order for take-out
  • Assist customers and third-party food delivery persons who walk-in to pick up food for take-out
  • Cash handling
  • Use our POS system effectively
  • Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines and serving guests alcohol responsibly
  • Clean up the table after dine-in parties leave
  • Work with enthusiasm and kindness
  • Exhibit teamwork
  • Perform tasks to prep for next day work
  • Clean the server station, dining room, and bathrooms after the restaurant closes
Kitchen Staff:
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required and experience working with a wok is highly preferred*

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies before the restaurant opens
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion 
  • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
  • Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan prepping duties during the restaurant break
    • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
    • Make sauces, fillings, etc.
    • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Label and stock ingredients on shelves after delivery so they can be organized and easily accessible
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards​
  • Clean up station and the cooking utensils and store the equipment at the end of shifts​ 
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
  • Perform any other kitchen duties as assigned
